Will it slide?
The supplier shows the raised anti-slip dots pictured above across the underside. They are designed to grip common chair fabrics, but grip can vary on polished leather or very smooth seats.
For desk workers, drivers and anyone who sits for long stretches: contoured memory foam adds lumbar contact and an open tailbone zone that a flat pad does not.
Fit check: supplier-listed overall size is 46 cm wide × 42 cm deep × 38 cm high (18.1 × 16.5 × 15.0 in). Measure your usable seat area before ordering.
Support where chairs fall short
Cushiva uses a wide contoured surface and an open center instead of one flat slab. Seat pressure still varies by body and posture, so this is comfort support rather than a medical treatment.
Independent evidence: a 16-person seated-work study found that cushion contour affected seat-pan pressure distribution and comfort-related pressure measures. The study tested cushion design generally, not Cushiva. Read Li et al. in PubMed.

Desk, car or dining chair
Use Cushiva on a work chair during the day, then move it to the car or kitchen chair. The raised back panel adds lumbar contact while the open center leaves room around the tailbone area.
Independent evidence: in a 28-person trial, a lumbar support moved lumbar posture closer to neutral than the standard chair, although it did not improve subjective comfort. This supports the design principle, not a guaranteed Cushiva result. Read the full study.

Not a flat foam pad

Long sitting comfort
The supplier lists a 100% memory foam core with a soft, resilient rebound feel. Foam will compress under body weight and warmth, then recover after use. Cushiva is comfort support, not a medical device.
Supplier-verified construction: memory foam core, removable cover and anti-slip underside. The supplier publishes no numeric density or user-weight rating, so none is claimed here.

Before you buy

The supplier shows the raised anti-slip dots pictured above across the underside. They are designed to grip common chair fabrics, but grip can vary on polished leather or very smooth seats.

The supplier specifies the pictured 100% memory foam core with a soft, resilient rebound feel. It does not publish a numeric density or weight rating, so we do not invent one. The foam compresses in use and should be given time to recover afterward.

Supplier-listed overall size is 46 cm wide × 42 cm deep × 38 cm high (18.1 × 16.5 × 15.0 in). Measure the usable seat and back area before ordering. Cushiva may be too large for compact bucket seats.
